Deeply shocked. Fraser asked me if I would hear him play (not formal lessons, more a sharing of ideas) after he’d graduated from the Birmingham Conservatoire. I wanted no fee but perhaps a beer (or two) which he generously provided! A gentle, sensitive but formidable musician, perhaps less certain of his gifts than others were. Bless you for the time in your wonderful company. x

I remember taking Fraser for a walk when he was just 2 years old. I was only 16/17 and we walked to the park with Fraser and I singing nursery rhymes. I remember he could count up to 4 when he was only 2 years old and I knew then that he would be somebody very special. His mum and probably brother, David, will remember how Fraser used to count to 4. Can’t stop thinking of you Fraser and wishing I could wind back time to all meet again. Rest In Peace xxxxx Aunt Lorraine xxxx

Fraser was a wonderful, kind presence in the Cheltenham college music staff room. Always very sweet and a beautiful player. I will miss our little chats in between teaching and his gentle company At lunch! And send all my love to his family at this time x
